Recently, We sino invited a senior engineer who has profound experience on assembly of machining center from Japanese friend company to give on site instruction at sino workshop. The whole training will last one week, which covers the whole line of production of one machine, from parts washing, testing till assembling.
Each tolerance fit was first calculated and then applied strictly, which is totally in line with the Japanese design. New ideas and ways of testing and assembly were introduced to us. Our engineers and workers are also moved by the engineer's meticulosity. It also highly improves the our consciousness on quality.
Continuous training like this will be held always. And we believe the quality of Sino products will be improved one step higher, and we will act exactly that High stability is prior to high performance.
