Inspection

  •  ★ First batch of SV series is processed and assembled in Taiwan, finally tested by TAIWAN PMC. A group of SINO workers were trained in Taiwan together. Second batches will be processed in Taiwan and then assembled in SINO. Then tested and compared with PMC inspection report.

  • ★ Mechanical procedure inspection

  • ★ Spindle dynamice balance
  • ★ Renishaw laser interferometer and ball bar
  • ★ Trial running for 12 hours
  • ★ Leakage detection 
  • ★ Trial cutting sample for each machine and then send to CMM for testing
