This double column machining center SP-1835, based on the traditional design requirements of high rigidity, symmetrical structure and strong stability, it adopts the advanced design concept of dynamic stiffness, meanwhile optimizing the moving parts. Featured by big torque and rapid response, it is the first choice for machining area which covers widely such as automobile, mould, aerospace, military and hardware.
1. High rigidity and reliable accuracy.
The major components such as base, worktable,column, beam, moving base and saddle all are moulded with high-class resin sand while made by high quality gray cast iron. The residual stress is released through comprehensive heat treatment. What is more, with well distributed quantities of reinforce ribs, the machine is guaranteed with strength, rigidity and stability. X,Y axes apply with heavy load roller linear guideways, featured by high rigidity and good dynamic accuracy. Transmission part on all three axes are installed with grinding double nut ball screws of large diameter, which is characterized by compact structure, smooth moving and high precision.The supporter on ball screws are applied with high quality Taiwanese brand bearing. The both ends are pre-stretched, which diminish the accuracy loss during thermal extension. These two parts compose the stabilized, strong mechanical transmission system. The beam is designed of stepped construction, thus the big cross section and guideway span, shortened distance from spindle center to guideway, smaller over turn torque, all guarantee the good rigid structure. Taiwanese brand, specialized spindle for double column machining center, it is lubricated by grease, which ensures the spindle with fixed, constant lubrication. Meanwhile it saves the maintenance service. Spindle clamping and un-clamping is adopted with hydraulic type, which is more suitable for big torque cutting with low fault rate. The tool changer is located in the left side of the column, of 24T disc type.
2.High accuracy, and dynamic response.
The spindle front is installed with 4 groups of φ90 bearings, while in the end it applies with roller bearing, which enables the spindle not only with high rigidity but also with high rotary accuracy. The spindle motor transmission is obtained through the direct connection of spindle unit and the high rigidity coupling. Here,for the coupling we use famous German brand MAYR. Which ensures better machining orientation response speed and surface quality and accuracy. The roller linear guideways X and Y axes are featured by high accuracy and big preload, with frictional coefficient only of 0.002. Which highly diminishes the machine creeping. The transmission motors on three axes are directly connected with STOBER gear reducer, which improves the feeding transmission accuracy and also ensures the cutting torque. Z axis is designed of hydraulic dual balanced cylinder, whose dynamic response is much sooner. And the whole structure is more feasible for maintenance.
3、High efficiency
Spindle speed 6000rpm,Max.rapid feed of three axes is 12m/min, with cutting feed rate of 8 m/min
4、Wider working range
Compared with similar size double column machining center, the bigger 2.0M distance between two column provides wider machining area.
